Sponsor Table FAQ (for Premier and Partner level only)

Q: What size is the table? Any linens included? Chairs? Power?

A: The tables are 6 foot. They include linens. There will be 2 chairs per table. There is power near all of the tables. Some are closer than others, but all tables have access to power.

Q: What is a typical booth setup? Do people bring banners?

A: The tables are positioned around the lobby of the Armory, most of the tables are to the right, with a wall behind them. There are windows in the wall, so a 3′ banner would probably work best, but an 8′ banner can work as well.

Q: At what times are sponsors typically at their booths? When is traffic heaviest?

A: Traffic is heaviest in the morning before the program starts 8:15am – 9:00am and at lunch. There are mid-morning and mid-afternoon breaks which are also fairly busy. Most sponsors break down their tables after the mid-afternoon break, but you can have the table up still when the program ends at 4:50pm as long as you are completely out of the lobby by 6:00pm.

Q: Do sponsors typically spend all day at their table?

A: Usually, sponsors are at their tables during all breaks, some sponsors stay at their tables during the presentations, but there are normally not very many people in the lobby when the speakers are on stage. We encourage sponsor representatives to take in as much of the program content as you can.

Q: What are setup and breakdown times?

A: Setup starts at 7:00am. Sponsors can breakdown their tables at anytime (like I said most do it after the afternoon break), but they need to be broken down by 5:30pm and we need to vacate the lobby by 6:00pm.

Q: Literature available at registration table: Are these typically product one-sheets? Any guidelines / best practices regarding literature? How many copies would you recommend bringing?

A: As there will be a lot of people in the lobby it will be difficult to talk with everyone. A one-sheet about your company or specific products are a great idea. We have noticed that the tables with giveaways get a lot of traffic.
