Courtney Taylor-Taylor
Co-Founder of the Dandy Warhols
Courtney co-founded The Dandy Warhols in 1994 with Peter Holmstrom, Eric Hedford and Zia McCabe and is the lead singer/songwriter with over a hundred songwriting credits across nine studio albums and four EPs. He has directed a number of the band’s music videos, including All The Money or The Simple Life Honey and We Used to Be Friends, and he is the author of the graphic novel One Model Nation which follows a fictitious band of the same name as they navigate the tense political milieu of 1970’s Germany.
In addition to his musical pursuits, Taylor is an avid designer whose projects include the legendary Odditorium Studios, where the band rehearse and record, and his home in Kalama, WA where he spends much of his time with his wife and 18-month-old son.
